Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die ecomify GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB mit Sitz in Bielefeld. Sie ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Bielefeld unter HRB 41683 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft hat bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4, 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3, 274a, 276 und 288 Abs. 1 HGB teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265 Absatz 1 S. 2, 266 ff. HGB).

II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Im Einzelnen werden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet:

Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden planmäßig in linearer Weise über die gewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer verteilt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter i. S. d. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG werden im Jahr des Zugangs vollständig abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihrem Nennwert bewertet. Dem verbleibenden allgemeinen Risiko wurde durch Bildung von einer Pauschalwertberichtigung angemessen Rechnung getragen.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet Ausgaben, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Abschlussstichtag darstellen.

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft wird zum Nennbetrag ausgewiesen.

Die Steuerrückstellungen werden entsprechend dem Ergebnis gebildet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Auf die Erstellung eines Anlagegitters wird gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 HGB verzichtet.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von EUR 18.615,52 (Vorjahr: TEUR 0).

Der Jahresüberschuss wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von EUR 29.718,58 (Vorjahr: TEUR 36) enthalten.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer beträgt 11 (Vorjahr: 7).

V. Angaben zu den Gesellschaftsorganen

Die Geschäftsführung erfolgte im Geschäftsjahr 2024 durch

- Herrn Michael Brohl, Sassenberg.

Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
