Allgemeine Angaben

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2020 wurden die Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes angewendet. Soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt, sind im Jahresabschluss sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet worden.

Angaben zu Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgte unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmertätigkeit (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB).

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Allbau Software GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB sowie unter Beachtung der Regelungen für Kapitalgesellschaften nach den §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen erfolgte dies unter Beachtung folgender Grundsätze und Methoden:

Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vorgenommen und, soweit nutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Sie wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Dem allgemeinen Ausfallrisiko bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Dabei wurden alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbaren Risiken - sofern objektive Hinweise darauf schließen lassen - berücksichtigt.
Die Steuerrückstellungen enthalten die noch nicht veranlagten Steuern des Geschäftsjahres und zu erwartenden Steuernachzahlungen aus Vorjahren.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

1. Angaben zur Bilanz
Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben in Höhe von EUR 16.913,48 eine Restlaufzeit von über 1 Jahr.
Am Bilanzstichtag sind keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren vorhanden.

Eigenkapital/Ergebnisverwendung
Der Jahresabschluss wurde vor Gewinnverwendung aufgestellt. Der Jahresüberschuss beläuft sich auf EUR 21.148,56.
Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss zuzüglich des zu berücksichtigen Gewinnvortrages in Höhe von EUR 190.333,29 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

2. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 HGB erstellt.
Das Jahresergebnis stammt ausschließlich aus dem Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit. Eine Aufteilung des Steueraufwandes auf die Teilergebnisse der gewöhnlichen und außergewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit erübrigt sich daher.

3. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:

Die Angabe der Gesamtbezüge wird gem. § 285 Nr. 9 a HGB i. V. m. § 286 Abs. 4 HGB unterlassen.
