1. ANWENDUNG DES BILANZRICHTLINIEN-GESETZES
Der Jahresabschluss Techno-CAD GmbH für das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 01.01.2023 bis zum 31.12.2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtlinien-Gesetzes erstellt.
Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Sie wurde ohne Anwendung der Erleichterung des § 276 HGB nach § 275 HGB gegliedert.

2. GRUNDSÄTZE DER BILANZIERUNG UND BEWERTUNG
Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252 bis 256 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 269 bis 274 und 279 bis 283 HGB) aufgestellt. Im Einzelnen werden folgende Bewertungsgrundsätze angewendet:
Forderungen
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt.
Rückstellungen
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.
Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.
3. SONSTIGE ERLÄUTERUNGEN
Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Eventualverbindlichkeiten.
