ANHANG

I. Angaben zur Bilanz

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt.

Die Abschreibungen werden linear vorgenommen. Die Nutzungsdauer beträgt bei Anderen Anlagen, Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung 3 - 15 Jahre. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden über eine rechnerische Nutzungsdauer von 5 Jahren abgeschrieben.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen im Wesentlichen Kraftfahr-zeugsteuern und vorausbezahlte Versicherungsbeiträge, die laufzeitkonform aufgelöst werden.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Die passiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen vor dem Bilanzstichtag erzielte Umsatzerlöse, die Erträge für bestimmte Zeiträume nach dem Bilanzstichtag abbilden.

2. Sonstige Angaben

Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen - wie im Vorjahr - nicht.

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten hat - wie im Vorjahr - eine Laufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
