I .Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft hat den Jahresabschluss nach den Gliederungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Anschaffungskosten wurden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben.
Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind ausschließlich mit dem Nennwert bewertet worden.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft wurde zum 01.07.2009 in Herne vor dem Notar Fred Kostka gegründet. Die Gesellschaft nahm ihre Tätigkeit zum 01.07.2009 auf. Die Eintragung erfolgte beim Amtsgericht Bochum unter der Nr. HRB 12440. Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00 € und ist voll eingezahlt.

Alleiniger Gesellschafter und Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Norbert Voßiek. Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Bochum.
