Allgemeine Angaben

Die Freicon Software GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Bötzingen. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Freiburg i.Br. unter HRB 728608 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Gesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 2 HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Der erworbene Geschäfts- oder Firmenwert wird über eine Laufzeit von 15 Jahren abgeschrieben. Diese wurde auf Basis des Geschäftsmodells der Gesellschaft geschätzt.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 1, Abs. 3 HGB). Bewegliche Gegenstände bis zu einem Wert von 800,00 Euro wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

- Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen zu Anschaffungskosten

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel werden gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet Ausgaben bis zum Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit danach darstellen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB).

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB).

Der passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet Einnahmen bis zum Bilanzstichtag, die Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit danach darstellen.

Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 0,00 EUR (EB: 0,00 EUR).

Angaben zu Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern

Der Wert der Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf EUR 25.000,00 (EB: EUR 0,00).

Angabe zu Restlaufzeitvermerken

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 293.953,81 EUR (EB: 0,00 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 3.469.265,31 EUR (EB: 0,00 EUR).

Der darin enthaltene Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt 3.469.265,31 EUR (EB: 0,00 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte gesichert sind, beträgt 0,00 EUR (EB: 0,00 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf 3.469.265,31 EUR (EB: 0,00 EUR).

Sonstigen finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in Höhe von 87,000 EUR sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Mietverträgen.
