Anhang zur Handelsbilanz per 31.12.2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der NameCase GmbH ist nach den Vorschriften des deutschen Handelsrechts aufgestellt. Die Bilanz- und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend den Vorschiften der §§ 264 sowie 266 und 275 Abs. 2 aufgegliedert und im Anhang erläutert.
Die Gesellschaft ist i. S. d. § 264a HBG eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.
Die NameCase GmbH nimmt die Erleichterungsvorschriften des § 274a HBG in Anspruch.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der handelsrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) wurden im Zugangsjahr sofort abgeschrieben. Diese Wirtschaftsgüter sind von untergeordneter Bedeutung.

Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Bewertung des Vorratsvermögens erfolgt grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als
5 Jahren betrug zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter betragen zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro.

Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschafter betragen zum Bilanzstichtag
0,00 Euro.
