Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss 2012 ist unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt worden. Die Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt vor der Feststellung durch die Gesellschafterversammlung. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden allgemein an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet, unter der Voraussetzung, dass die Unternehmenstätigkeit fortgeführt wird.

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der linearen Methode berechnet. Die Abschreibungsdauer wurde unter Zugrundelegung der steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen ermittelt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Nennwerten angesetzt.
Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt.
Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet worden.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. In diesen sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 50.055,05 € (Vorjahr: 45.478,28 €) enthalten.

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr 2012 Herr Armin Darvishia, Bonn.
