A. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie der ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung erstellt. Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt nach den Vorschriften §§ 266 ff. HGB.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften nach § 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Soweit für Pflichtangaben Wahlrechte bestehen, diese in der Bilanz oder im Anhang darzustellen, sind diese aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit im Anhang dargestellt.

Die Ausweisstetigkeit wurde gewahrt.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Ein Bilanzierungswahlrecht wurde im Bereich der selbstgeschaffenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände in Anspruch genommen.

Die Bewertungsmethoden werden unverändert gegenüber dem Vorjahr angewandt.

Entgeltlich erworbene und selbstgeschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände

Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten abzüglich Anschaffungspreisminderung aktiviert. Die selbstgeschaffenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu den bei deren Entwicklung angefallenen Aufwendungen aktiviert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen.

Sachanlagen

Die entgeltlich erworbenen Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten abzüglich Anschaffungspreisminderungen aktiviert.

Für abnutzbare Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden planmäßige Abschreibungen nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Die Nutzungsdauern des abnutzbaren Anlagevermögens orientieren sich grundsätzlich an steuerlichen Richtwerten. Anpassungen werden vorgenommen, soweit die betriebswirtschaftliche Nutzungsdauer abweicht. Auf die Zugänge des beweglichen Anlagevermögens wird die Jahresabschreibung pro rata temporis verrechnet.

Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Einzelanschaffungspreis bis zu EUR 800,00 werden voll abgeschrieben.

Vorräte

Unfertige Leistungen werden nach der retrograden Methode bewertet. Dabei werden die Herstellungskosten ausgehend vom Veräußerungspreis unter Berücksichtigung noch anfallender Verwaltungs- und Vertriebskosten und eines Gewinnabschlags ermittelt.

Forderungen und sonstige Aktiva

Die Bewertung der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen erfolgt zum Nennwert.

Der Bestand an liquiden Mitteln wird mit Nominalwerten bewertet.

Der Ansatz der sonstigen Aktiva erfolgt zu Nennwerten.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen werden mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt zum Erfüllungsbetrag.

Passive latente Steuern

Die passiven latenten Steuern werden für Differenzen zwischen den steuerlichen und den bilanziellen Wertansätzen gebildet und auf Basis der für die Gesellschaft geltenden Steuersätze ermittelt.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind in den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen in Höhe von EUR 23.206,50 (Vorjahr: EUR 23.206,50) enthalten.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen EUR 243.694,56 (Vorjahr: EUR 305.334,91; solche mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00). Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren sind in Höhe von EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00) enthalten.

II. Sonstige Angaben

A. Gesamtbetrag der sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Mietverträgen mit festen Laufzeiten (frühestmöglicher Kündigungstermin) mit einem Gesamtbetrag in Höhe von TEUR 363 (davon bis ein Jahr: TEUR 120).

C. Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer (ohne gesetzliche Vertreter der Gesellschaft)

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren durchschnittlich 25,75 Arbeitnehmer (Vorjahr: 27,25) beschäftigt.
