ANHANG gemäß § 284 HGB

A. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Satrap Engineering GmbH, Adenauerallee 18 - 22, 53113 Bonn, wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Die Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Verbindlichkeiten am Abschlussstichtag wurden einzeln bewertet. Die Bewertung der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen erfolgte grundsätzlich zum Nennwert. Einzelwertberichtigungen waren nicht vorzunehmen. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. B. Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB

Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB liegen nach Auskunft der Geschäftsführung nicht vor.

C. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Während des Kalenderjahres 2015 wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den Geschäftsführer Farshad Heidari geführt.
