Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wird auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften (HGB, GmbHG) unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung erstellt. Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach den Bestimmungen der § 266 bzw. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma ribeka GmbH im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Bonn unter der Nummer HRB 8423 eingetragen. Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Bornheim.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften.

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind, soweit gegen Entgelt erworben, zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben.

Die Zugänge zum Anlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird linear entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wird die Bewertungsfreiheit nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in Anspruch genommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird linear entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wird die Bewertungsfreiheit nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in Anspruch genommen.

Die flüssigen Mittel sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

In den Rückstellungen sind alle im Zeitpunkt der Bilanzerstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten mit den Beträgen berücksichtigt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich sind.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens kann dem Anlagenspiegel entnommen werden.

Unter den immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen ist EDV-Software ausgewiesen. Die Abschreibung der Software erfolgt linear über eine Nutzungsdauer von 3 Jahren.

Die Zugänge des Postens andere Anlagen, Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung wurden sowohl linear als auch degressiv über einen Zeitraum von 3 bis 13 Jahren abgeschrieben.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten weitere diverse kurzfristige Forderungen. Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschafter betragen 1.569,63 € (Vj. 1.386,72 €).

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten u. a. Aufwendungen für Gewährleistungen, Reklamationen, Jahresabschlussprüfung, Steuererklärungen und Beratungsleistungen.

Es wurde eine pauschale Gewährleistungsrückstellung in Höhe von 0,25 % des gesamten Jahresumsatzes gebildet.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Im Unternehmen waren im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrdurchschnittlich 21 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft wurde im Geschäftsjahr 2023 durch Herrn Dr. Jürgen Richter, Geschäftsführer, und Herrn Erich Berger, Geschäftsführer, wahrgenommen.
Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde daher gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 HGB zulässigerweise verzichtet.
