1. Allgemeines

Der Jahresabschluss zum 30.09.2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten- und/oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, soweit abnutzbar, bewertet.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände weisen eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr auf.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle im Zeitpunkt der Bilanzerstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Lorenzo Croce.
