A. Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

A.1 Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt worden.

Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 S. 4 HGB verzichtet.

A.2 Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Im Einzelnen werden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewandt:

Der Firmenwert wird nach der linearen Methode über den voraussichtlich genutzten Zeitraum
abgeschrieben.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird mit Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger
Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die Gesellschaft wendet die lineare Abschreibungsmethode auf Anlagenzugänge an.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Finanzanlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten, in Einzelfällen zu niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten, angesetzt.

Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe werden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips bewertet.

Handelswaren werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nominalwert nach Abzug der erforderlichen Wertberichtigungen bilanziert. Es werden alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken berücksichtigt.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nennwerten bilanziert.

Als aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Rückstellungen sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
