Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches gem. §§242 ff aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie des Einkommensteuer- und Körperschaftsteuergesetzes zu beachten. Aufgrund der Größenklasse wurde von den Erleichterungen bezüglich Form der Darstellung Gebrauch gemacht. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde verzichtet.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Aktiva
Das Anlagevermögen, soweit abnutzbar, wurde mit den Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken zum Nominalwert angesetzt.
Die Guthaben bei den Kreditinstituten und der Kassenbestand wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Passiva
Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00 € und ist in Höhe von 12.500,00 Euro eingezahlt. Es wird zu 100% von Herrn Jan Söhlke gehalten.
Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB.

Sonstige Angaben

Im Berichtsjahr war Herr Jan Söhlke zum Geschäftsführer bestellt.
Die Gesellschaft wurde mit Vertrag vom 01.01.2013 gegründet.
Sitz der Gesellschaft ist nun Schwedendamm 8, 38124 Braunschweig.
Die Gesellschaft ist beim Amtsgericht Braunschweig unter der Nummer HRB 203973 eingetragen.
Die Gesellschaft wird unter der Steuernummer 13/201/29681 beim Finanzamt Braunschweig-Helmstedt geführt.

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 1.
