financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der CSR Computer Service Reuther GmbH Braunschweig für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB sowie den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft wird beim Amtsgericht Braunschweig unter HRB 200152 geführt.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden die durch das Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (kurz BilRUG) geänderten Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches angewandt. Alle geänderten Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden vollumfänglich umgesetzt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Von den Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
Nach den in § 267a HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinst-kapitalgesellschaft.

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246 - 251 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatzvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 265, 268 - 274a HGB, §§ 276-277 HGB) und unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252 - 256a HGB aufgestellt.

Auf die Gliederung der Bilanz finden die Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 HGB sowie § 42 GmbHG Anwendung.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse abweichende Bewertungen erforderten.

Anlagevermögen

Sachanlagen
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Umlaufvermögen

Waren
Die Waren werden gemäß dem strengen Niederstwertprinzip nach § 253 Abs. 4 HGB mit den letzten Einkaufspreisen bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Bewertung der Forderungen sowie der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Kassenbestand, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten
Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt EUR 25.000,00 und ist gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.

Rückstellungen

Für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten wurden Rückstellungen gebildet.

Steuerrückstellungen
Der Ausweis betrifft die nicht fällige Umsatzsteuer.

Sonstige Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Bewertung erfolgt jeweils in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um zukünftige Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichende objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen.

Die Steuer- und sonstigen Rückstellungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG und § 264 Abs. 1 HGB

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen die nachfolgenden Rechte und Pflichten:

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 6.060,58 EUR (Vorjahr: 9.626,64 EUR).

D. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr beschäftigte die Gesellschaft durchschnittlich 0 (Vorjahr: 0) Mitarbeiter.
