Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Yalone IT GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechts-modernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.
Die Gliederung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach dem gesetzlichen Gliederungsschema (Gesamtkostenverfahren). Von den eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz gem. § 266 HGB, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gem. § 276 HGB macht die Gesellschaft Gebrauch.
Die Aufstellung der Bilanz erfolgt nach Berücksichtigung der Gewinnverwendung.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um Abschreibungen über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer gem.
§ 253 HGB ausgewiesen. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Nutzungsdauer linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Wert bis 410,00 € werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennbetrag ausgewiesen. Die liquiden Mittel werden ebenfalls mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.
Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt; sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestanden gegenüber Kreditinstituten.
Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag in Höhe von 3.922,60 € und 5.700,00 €. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestanden gegenüber Gesellschaftern am Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Sonstige Angaben

Die Geschäftsführung wird von den gemeinsam vertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführern Herrn Bilal Yalniz und Frau Sara Yalniz wahrgenommen.
Die GmbH ist zum 31.12.2012 mit einem Fehlbetrag in Höhe von 13.661,77 € bilanziell überschuldet.
Die Gesellschaft hat das Softwareprogramm "SpeedFleet" in den ersten zwei Jahren der Gründung selbst erstellt und bereits ab Mitte 2009 mit der Vermarktung begonnen.
In dieser selbst entwickelten Software stecken erhebliche stille Reserven die einen entsprechend hohen Aktivposten bilden würden.
Außerdem kommt die Gesellschaft ihren laufenden Verpflichtungen nach. Eine Überschuldung ist somit abgewendet.
