Anhang

Zum Bilanzstichtag vorhandene Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten wurden durch Saldenlisten nachgewiesen.

Für das Guthaben und die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten liegen Kontoauszüge vor.

Die Bilanz wurde entsprechend den Vorschriften des § 266 Abs. 2 HGB gegliedert.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren zugrunde gelegt. Die Gliederung entspricht § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nominalwert ausgewiesen.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Alle noch nicht veranlagten Steuern wurden bei den Steuerrückstellungen ausgewiesen.

Für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten wurden sonstige Rückstellungen gebildet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Gegenüber den Mitgliedern der Geschäftsführungsorgane bestehen nachfolgende Rechte und Pflichten:

Forderungen: € 13.313,18

Die Forderung wurde im Geschäftsjahr mit 1,5% verzinst.

Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr wurden die Geschäfte durch Frank Scholl geführt.

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von € 1.211,52 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am: 28.11.2012
