Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2014 ist nach den handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften und den ergänzenden Vorschriften der Satzung aufgestellt worden.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen i.S.d. § 288 HGB hat die Gesellschaft teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird wie in den Vorjahren nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

Die Posten der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung werden unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Gliederung weiter untergliedert.

Die Bewertungsgrundsätze des Vorjahres sind unter Berücksichtigung der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit unverändert beibehalten.

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

I. Allgemeine Grundsätze

Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schuldposten sind vollständig bilanziert. Bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstandene Risiken und Verluste sind berücksichtigt. Die Bewertungsgrundsätze des Vorjahres sind unter Berücksichtigung der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit unverändert beibehalten.

II. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten des Jahresabschlusses



1. Anlagevermögen

Das Anlagevermögen besteht aus immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen undbeweglichen Sachanlagen.

Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibung auf Zugänge im Geschäftsjahr erfolgt zeitanteilig nach Monaten.

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens wird, ausgehend von den gesamten Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten, im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt.


2. Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihren Nennwerten bilanziert.

Die Bewertung der flüssigen Mittel erfolgt mit dem Nennwert.


3. Rückstellungen

Für sonstige, am Bilanzstichtag ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten werden Rückstellungen in der Höhe gebildet, wie sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind.


4. Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.

B. Sonstige Angaben

1. Verbindlichkeit gegenüber Gesellschafter

Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 8.540,14 €.

2. Geschäftsführung
