1. BILANZIERUNGS-UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuchs (§§ 238 ff) aufgestellt.
Gemäß § 264a ff wurden die für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses angewendet.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. Nach Maßgabe des § 267 HGB handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, nach der linearen Abschreibungsmethode unter Berücksichtigung steuerlich zulässiger Nutzungszeiten bewertet.

Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden entspricht den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Nennwerten angesetzt. Fremdwährungsforderungen wurden mit dem amtlichen Kassa-Mittelkurs zum Bilanzstichtag oder den niedrigeren Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Rückstellungen wurden grundsätzlich in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

2. ERLÄUTERUNGEN DER BILANZ
2.1 GEZEICHNETES KAPITAL
Das Stammkapital von € 100.000,00 ist voll eingezahlt.

2.2 VERBINDLICHKEITEN
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben sämtlich eine Laufzeit von weniger als 5 Jahren.
2.3 HAFTUNGSVERHÄLTNISSE
Nach § 251 HGB anzugebende Haftungsverhältnisse (Eventualverbindlichkeiten aus der Begebung von Wechseln) sind gem. Auskunft der Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft nicht gegeben.

2.4 GESCHÄFTSFÜHRER
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch die Geschäftsführer Frau Agnes Graf, Fischerhude und Herrn Dipl. Betriebswirt Peter Graf, Fischerhude geführt.

2.5 SONSTIGE PFLICHTANGABEN GEM. § 42 (3) GMBHG
Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern: keine
3. VORSCHLAG ZUR ERGEBNISVERWENDUNG
Der Jahresüberschuss 2023 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
