financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Comp-Pro Systemhaus GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Bremen und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Bremen, HRB 20277.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) sowie den Vorschriften des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

II. Angaben zur Bewertung und Bilanzierung

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Sie sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.

Selbst erstellte immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Herstellungskosten gemäß § 255 Abs. 2 Sätze 1 und 2 und Abs. 2a HGB aktiviert und werden planmäßig linear über ihre voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer.

Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und planmäßig linear über ihre voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Abnutzbare bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit einem Einzelanschaffungswert von bis zu 800,00 EUR wurden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Für alle eigenständig nutzbaren Wirtschaftsgüter, deren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten mehr als 250,-- EUR aber nicht mehr als 1.000, -- EUR betrugen, wurde in den Vorjahren ein Sammelposten gebildet, der über fünf Jahre gewinnmindernd aufgelöst wird. Der Abgang des Sammelpostens wird nach vollständiger Auflösung unterstellt.

Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Soweit erforderlich wurden Abschreibungen vorgenommen.

Der Ansatz des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalwert ausgewiesen. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken sind durch Einzelwertberichtigungen, das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt worden.

Der Kassenbestand sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden Aufwendungen ausgewiesen, die dem folgenden Wirtschaftsjahr zuzurechnen sind.

Das gezeichnete Kapital und die Rücklagen wurden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden auf der Grundlage des § 253 HGB ermittelt. Anzusetzen ist hierbei der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendige Erfüllungsbetrag gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB. Auf eine Abzinsung wurde auf Grund untergeordneter Bedeutung verzichtet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

III. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Verbindlichkeiten
Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 714.668,68 EUR (Vorjahr 655.061,06 EUR). Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt 0,00 EUR (Vorjahr 73.333,32 EUR), davon haben 0,00 EUR eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind wie folgt besichert:

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Der Gesamtbetrag der sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen beträgt 270 TEUR, davon gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen 0 TEUR.
