Anhang

I. Erläuterung der Bilanz
Der Jahresabschluss der GedonSoft GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

A. Anlagevermögen
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 800,00 wurden im Zugangsjahr sofort abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
B. Forderungen
Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
C. Rückstellungen
Die Rückstellungen beinhalten alle der Höhe nach ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
D. Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- u. Verlustrechnung
Das Jahresergebnis stammt ausschließlich aus dem Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit.
