Angaben zur Bilanz

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzustufen.

2. Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Anlagevermögen

Entgeltlich erworbene Immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter sind zu den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben.
Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen bewertet worden. Für die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter zwischen 150,00 EUR bis 1.000,00 EUR ist ein Sammelposten gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a EStG gebildet worden, der über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben wird.

Diese sind zum Nennwert angesetzt worden.

Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt worden.

Gezeichnetes Kapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist im Handelsregister mit EUR 25.000,00 ausgewiesen.

Die ausstehenden Einlagen auf das gezeichnete Kapital sind mit EUR 12.750,00
