Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2012

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der CH Engineering GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

2. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Forderungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr liegen nicht vor.
