Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die INSTA Plan GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Bremen. Sie ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Bremen unter der Nummer HRB 20137 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Nach den Größenmerkmalen des § 267a HGB ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft. Aus Gründen der Transparenz ist jedoch die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach den Vorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften vorgenommen sowie ein Anhang erstellt worden. Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 274a und 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. und der §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die zugrunde liegenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden grundsätzlich wie in der Bilanz des Vorjahres angewendet.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr ergeben sich in der Darstellung des Jahresabschlusses keine Änderungen.
Die angegebenen Vorjahresbeträge sind mit denen des Geschäftsjahres vergleichbar.

Die Gewinn- und Verlust-Rechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt worden.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet.

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen sind sämtlich linear vorgenommen worden.

Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennbetrag bilanziert worden.

Das Bankguthaben wurde zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Für Aufwendungen, die im Geschäftsjahr geleistet wurden und Folgejahre betreffen, wurde die Position aktive Rechnungsabgrenzung gebildet.

Rückstellungen sind mit den voraussichtlich notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt worden und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen.

IV. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2023 ist im beigefügten Anlagenspiegel (Anlage 1) dargestellt, der Bestandteil dieses Anhangs ist.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen in Höhe von T€ 1,0.

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

VI. Sonstige Angaben

Während des Geschäftsjahres 2023 wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den Geschäftsführer
Herrn Rainer Wodtke, Bremen
geführt.

Der Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von € 53.374,18 soll - zusammen mit dem bestehenden Gewinnvortrag - auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden.
