1. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses
Die OHS IT Hardware Service GmbH gilt zum Bilanzstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Die Bilanzgliederung erfolgte gemäß § 266 HGB, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gliederungsschema des Gesamtkostenverfahrens (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht geändert.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Berücksichtigung der allgemeinen Bewertungsvorschriften des § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 - Nr. 6 HGB aufgestellt.

Die Bewertung des Anlagevermögens erfolgte gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 S. 1 HGB zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. ründe für außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen nach § 253 Abs. 3 S. 3 HGB waren ebenso wenig wie für Wertaufholungspflichten nach § 253 Abs. 5 HGB ersichtlich.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 S. 1 HGB zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind ausgehend vom Nennwert unter Beachtung eines eventuellen Ausfallrisikos bewertet worden.

Kassenbestände wurden gemäß den Kassenprotokollen, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten gemäß den Kontoauszügen zum Bilanzstichtag angesetzt.

In den Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind die in § 250 HGB genannten Posten enthalten.

Das Eigenkapital ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt worden (§ 272 Abs. 1 HGB).

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags für die in § 249 HGB genannten Verpflichtungen gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Sonstige Angaben
Die Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Geschäftsführer sind die Herren Franz-Josef Glüsenkamp und Franz-Josef Neuhaus.
