Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

Industry codes per WZ2008 and WZ2025 with labels.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

profit_and_loss_account array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical profit-and-loss line items, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss der BASIS-Software GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der
Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung (§§ 266 Abs. 1, 276, 288 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis 800 EUR wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 Satz 1 EStG im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt. Forderungsabschreibungen wurden nicht vorgenommen. Einzelwertberichtigungen für zweifelhafte Forderungen waren nicht notwendig. Das allgemeine Kredit- und Ausfallrisiko wird durch die Bildung einer Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 0,5% auf den nicht einzelwertberichtigten Forderungsbestand berücksichtigt.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.
