Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang zum Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Unternehmensangaben
Der Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Bremen. Sie ist beim Amtsgericht Bremen unter der Nummer HRB 25410 HB im Handelsregister eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.
Die auf den vorangegangenen Jahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind beibehalten worden.
Die Gliederung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den gesetzlichen Vorschriften. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen wurden bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs beachtet.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und bewegliche Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt, die unter Berücksichtigung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer linear und degressiv vorgenommen werden. Bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung erfolgt der Ansatz zum beizulegenden Wert, soweit dieser niedriger ist.
Die im Geschäftsjahr angeschafften geringwertigen Vermögensgegenstände mit Einzelanschaffungswerten von unter 250,00 EUR werden in Übereinstimmung mit den steuerlichen Vorschriften gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in voller Höhe als sofort abzugsfähige Betriebsausgaben behandelt. Selbstständig nutzbare Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten von 250,00 EUR bis zu 800,00 EUR werden im Jahr der Anschaffung bzw. Herstellung voll abgeschrieben.
Die Abschreibungen auf Altbestände werden planmäßig fortgeführt.
Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung erfolgt der Ansatz zum beizulegenden Wert, soweit dieser niedriger ist. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zum Nominalwert abzüglich Wertberichtigungen. Die Einzelwertberichtigungen werden unter Berücksichtigung des Alters der Forderungen je nach Lage des Einzelfalles gebildet. Verbleibende Risiken, Zinsverluste sowie Mahn- und Einzugskosten werden durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt.
Liquide Mittel sind zu Nennwerten bilanziert.
Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind mit dem Betrag zum 31.12.2023 bilanziert, der Aufwand im Jahr 2024 darstellt.
Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Bewertung erfolgt jeweils in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um die zukünftigen Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken.
Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

IV. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz
1. Aktiva
Sämtliche Forderungen haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
2. Passiva
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
V. Sonstige Angaben
Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 sind durchschnittlich 28 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt (Vorjahr: 28).
