1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen, das nicht abnutzbare Anlagevermögen zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Bei der Ermittlung der Abschreibung kommt generell die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis Euro 800,00 werden in ein gesondertes Verzeichnis aufgenommen und sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihrem Nennbetrag, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung (Erfüllungsbetrag) notwendig ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Grundsätzliche Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr in der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten sind nicht zu verzeichnen.

2. Sonstige Angaben

Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Dariusz Dzierzynski geführt.
Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
