1. Anhang

1.1 Allgemeine Angaben

Die Firma Viktoria Trans GmbH mit Sitz in Bremerhaven ist beim Amtsgericht Bremen unter der Registernummer HRB5628 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Viktoria Trans GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des BilRUG erstellt.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt nach § 266 Abs.1 Satz 4 HGB.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

Angabe und Erläuterung von nicht vergleichbaren Vorjahreszahlen
Der Jahresabschluss enthält keine Posten, deren Werte mit den Vorjahreszahlen nicht vergleichbar sind.

1.2 Angaben zur Bilanzierungs und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten oder Herstellungskosten bilanziert
Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare AfA (Nutzungsdauern zwischen 3 und 13 Jahren) angesetzt.
Steuerlich sogenannte geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangszeitpunkt sofort vollständig abgeschrieben.
Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde zusätzlich durch eine ausreichend bemessene Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.
Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben werden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert. Bei Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wird eine Abzinsung auf den Bilanzstichtag vorgenommen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
Latente Steuern gem. § 274 HGB werden gebildet

Eigenkapital
Im Bilanzgewinn ist der Gewinnvortrag des Vorjahres in Höhe von 602 T€ enthalten

Verbindlichkeitsspiegel

Der unter dem Posten Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen ausgewiesene Betrag ist teilweise durch übliche Eigentumsvorbehalte von Lieferanten besichert.
