Unter Verzicht auf alle Form- und Fristvorschriften beschließt die Gesellschafterversammlung der PPS Powder Processing Solution GmbH heute folgendes:

1.	Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 wird mit einer Bilanzsumme in Höhe von € 19.985,98 festgestellt.
2.	Der Verlustvortrag zum 31.12.2023 in Höhe von € 5.084,63 und der Jahresfehlbetrag des Geschäftsjahres 2023 in Höhe von € 3.729,39 werden auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
3.	Dem Geschäftsführer wird für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 Entlastung erteilt.
