financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben
Die syncAdvice GmbH mit Sitz in Bruchsal ist in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Mannheim unter der Register-Nr. 724518 HRB eingetragen.
Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG).
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Der Jahresabschluss umfasst somit die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und den Anhang. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden grundsätzlich an den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung nutzungsbedingter bzw. außerplanmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Zusammensetzung ergibt sich aus der beigefügten Übersicht.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Erkennbaren Risiken wird durch die Bildung von Pauschal- und Einzelwertberichtungen Rechnung getragen.
Die Bewertung des Kassenbestandes sowie der Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgt zum Nominalbetrag.
Das Stammkapital wird als Gezeichnetes Kapital ausgewiesen und ist zum Nennwert bewertet.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Es liegen Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 40.594,69 € (Vorjahr: 20.594,69 €) vor.
Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 8.713,92 € (Vorjahr: 8.670,47 €).
In den Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind keine Posten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren enthalten.
4. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Es sind keine Erträge und keine Aufwände von außergewöhnlicher Größenordnung und außergewöhnlicher Bedeutung enthalten.
5. Sonstige Angaben
5.1 Anzahl Arbeitnehmer
Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 49 Arbeitnehmer.
5.2 Geschäftsführung
Die Gesellschaft wird vertreten vom Geschäftsführer Herr Klaus Graf, Karlsdorf-Neuthard. Herr Graf vertritt die Gesellschaft alleine und ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
5.3 Ergebnisverwendung
Das Ergebnis wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
