1. Anwendungen des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzlichtliniengesetzes erstellt.

2. Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden - 284 Abs. 2 HGB

Aktiva

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bewertet. Planmäßige Abschreibungen wurden entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer unter Beachtung steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG sind in 2010 erworben worden und wurden zu 100% abgeschrieben.

Bei den Vorräten erfolgte eine Aktivierung zu Anschaffungskosten oder zu niedrigeren Tageswerten, Steuerliche Grundsätze wurden beachtet.

Innerhalb der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wird bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen allen erkennbaren Einzelrisiken und dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko durch angemessene Abwertungen Rechnung getragen.

Passiva

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

3. Eventualverbindliehkeiten §§ 251 u. 268 Abs. 7 HGB
Es bestanden keine weiteren - nicht aus der Bilanz ersichtlichen - Verbindlichkeiten.

4. Geschäftsführer- § 285 Abs. 10 HGB
Alleingeschäftsführer ist Herr Michael Pick, Brühl.

5. Ergebnisverwendung - §§ 268 Abs. 1 u. 325 Abs. 1 u. 326 HGB
Der Jahresverlust beträgt Euro 11.383,93 und wird dem Verlustvortrag zugerechnet, Der sich daraus verbleibende Verlust wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Er ist mit den Überschüssen in den Folgejahren auszugleichen.
