Anhang

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, unter Berücksichtigung der steuerlichen Bewertungs- und Bilanzierungsgrundsätze aufgestellt.

Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen nach der linearen Methode angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert aktiviert. Eine Pauschalwertberichtigung wurde nicht angesetzt, da Forderungsausfälle nicht erkennbar waren.

Die Wertpapiere sind mit dem niedrigeren Börsenpreis angesetzt.

Rückstellungen werden in dem nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Umfang gebildet und decken alle am Bilanzstichtag erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten ab.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

2. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Sämtliche Forderungen haben eine Laufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern werden nachstehend in einer Summe angegeben:

Als Geschäftsführer ist Herr Dr. Rolf Bäckers bestellt.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Während des Geschäftsjahres 2014 waren durchschnittlich zwei Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Nach Angabe des Geschäftsführers bestehen am Ende des Geschäftsjahres keine Haftungsverhältnisse auf die gem. § 251 HGB hingewiesen werden müsste.
