Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Allgemeine Angaben

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung in der jeweils gültigen Fassung aufgestellt.

Die Ausweis- und Gliederungsbestimmungen wurden entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften befolgt. Von den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften vorgesehenen Erleichterungen ist zum Teil Gebrauch gemacht worden. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Anlagevermögen

Das Anlagevermögen ist mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten und, soweit abnutzbar, unter Berücksichtigung planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden planmäßig linear abgeschrieben, wobei auf die Zugänge der Abschreibungssatz pro rata temporis verrechnet wird. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Anschaffungswert von Euro 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Umlaufvermögen

Die Bestände an Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips bewertet. Bestandsrisiken, die sich aus der Lagerdauer und geminderter Verwertbarkeit ergeben, werden durch angemessene Wertabschläge berücksichtigt.

Die unfertigen und fertigen Erzeugnisse wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellkosten unter Beachtung des § 255 HGB angesetzt. Die Herstellungskosten enthalten neben den Einzelkosten (Material- und Fertigungseinzelkosten) auch aktivierungspflichtige Teile der Gemeinkosten (Material- und Fertigungsgemeinkosten). Zinsen für Fremdkapital und Vertriebskosten werden nicht in die Herstellungskosten einbezogen. In allen Fällen wurde verlustfrei unter Berücksichtigung der voraussichtlichen Verkaufspreise bewertet. Falls die Verkaufspreise unter den progressiv ermittelten Herstellungskosten lagen, wurden Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert bewertet. Bei Forderungen, deren Einbringlichkeit mit erkennbaren Risiken behaftet ist, werden angemessene Wertabschläge vorgenommen; uneinbringliche Forderungen werden abgeschrieben. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wird durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung zu Forderungen Rechnung getragen.

Liquide Mittel werden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten

Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie allen erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung tragen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Abweichung von bisherigen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden beibehalten werden.

Ein Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Forderungen
Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer als ein Jahr bestehen in Höhe von TEuro 10 (Vorjahr TEuro 10 ).

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr bestehen in Höhe von TEuro 338 (Vorjahr TEuro 386).

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern

Unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter in Höhe von TEuro 97 (Vorjahr TEuro 15) enthalten.
