A. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze

Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind im Jahresabschluss der select-IT Systementwicklung GmbH, Bühl (Registergericht Mannheim, HRB 704119), die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchsin der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften angewandt worden.

Der Anhang ist unter Berücksichtigung größenabhängiger Erleichterungsvorschriften gemäß § 288 HGB erstellt worden.

Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die flüssigen Mittel sind zum Nennwert am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt.

Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Auszahlungen vor dem Abschlussstichtag angesetzt, soweit sie Aufwand für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach diesem Zeitpunkt darstellen.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die übrigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
