Anhang

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlichen zugelassenen Zeiträume linear und degressiv vorgenommen.

Bei beweglichen Anlagengegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibung führt.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro (geringfügige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde aufgestellt am 09.07.2025.

B. Informationen zur Bilanz
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt aus Lieferungen und Leistungen 396.215,88 €.

C. Sonstige Angaben
Im Geschäftsjahr waren Volker Käbel und Rainer Köster die alleinigen Geschäftsführer.
Außer den Geschäftsführern waren im Jahre 2023 keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
