Anhang

Die Gliederung und Bewertung der Bilanz- und GuV-Posten entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

Die Erstellung vorliegender Steuerbilanz erfolgte unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen, das nicht abnutzbare Anlagevermögen zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear oder degressiv vorgenommen. Bei beweglichen Anlagengegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Abschreibungswerten führt. Gesetzlich zulässige Vereinfachungsmethoden wie die Sofortabschreibung von geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern bis 800 EUR wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Zulässige Inventurvereinfachungsregeln wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Liquide Mittel werden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die Forderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und weitere Aufwandsrückstellungen nach HGB wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung unter Beachtung des bilanzaufhellenden Zeitraumes gebildet.
Bei dem Unternehmen handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes. Gemäß § 274a HGB gelten größenabhängige Erleichterungen. Diese werden vom Unternehmen hinsichtlich des Ausweises der latenten Steuern in Anspruch genommen. Ein Ausweis latenter Steuern erfolgt aus diesem Grunde nicht.

Grundsätzliche Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr in der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten sind nicht zu verzeichnen.

Die Wahrnehmung der Geschäftsführung erfolgte durch die im Handelsregister eingetragenen Geschäftsführungsorgane. Weitere Organe wurden nicht bestellt.
