1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Götz Günther GmbH, Adelsbergstraße 288 a, 09127 Chemnitz, für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024 ist nach den Vorschriften des 3. Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Der Bilanz per 31.03.2024 liegt der Jahresabschluss per 31.03.2023 zugrunde, die Wertansätze aus der Bilanz per 31.03.2023 wurden unverändert übernommen.

Auf fremde Währung lautende Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Bilanzstichtag nicht vorhanden.

Der Jahresabschluss per 31.03.2024 vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das abnutzbare Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die Abschreibungen, bewertet. Unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer wurde die lineare Methode angewendet. Bei der Vornahme der Abschreibungen der Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung wurden die steuerlichen Höchstwerte abgesetzt.

Die flüssigen Mittel und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert aktiviert.

Bei der Bewertung der Rückstellungen wurde eine Schätzung nach den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung vorgenommen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert. Für die Kosten der Jahresabschlusserstellung wurde eine Rückstellung gebildet.

3.Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Angaben zu den Fristigkeiten der einzelnen Bilanzpositionen auf der Aktiv- und Passivseite sind aus der Bilanz bzw. dem Kontennachweis ersichtlich.

4. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Weitere Angaben entfallen, nachdem erläuterungspflichtige Positionen nicht vorhanden sind.

5. Sonstige Angaben

Das Stammkapital ist zum Bilanzstichtag mit 31.000,00 € voll erbracht.

Per 31.03.2024 bestehen keine Eventualverbindlichkeiten.
