Anhang

Bei der Bearbeitung des Jahresabschlusses zum 31.12.2010 wurden die handelsrechtlichen Bewertungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften zum Ansatz gebracht und die gesellschaftsrechtlichen Grundlagen berücksichtigt.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des HGB. Die Vereinfachungsgrundsätze des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden deshalb in Anspruch genommen.
Die Bewertung des Anlagevermögens erfolgte zu den fortgeführten Anschaffungskosten.
Von der Möglichkeit der Vollabschreibung geringwertiger Wirtschaftsgüter wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
Forderungen wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.
Rückstellungen wurden im ausreichenden Maße für den Jahresabschluss gebildet.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.
Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben kurzfristigen Charakter.
Besondere Geschäftsbeziehungen, die der Offenlegung unterliegen, sind nicht zu verzeichnen.
Leasingverträge bestehen nicht.
Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Jahr 2010 durch Dr. Bettina Keil wahrgenommen.
