I. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der ARGUS SECURITY & SERVICE GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Personengesellschaften aufgestellt.

2. Aktiva

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Sachanlagen des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um die Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden linear vorgenommen und entsprechen der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Die Vorräte wurden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Soweit erforderlich sind auf die unfertigen Erzeugnisse für überaltete und schlecht gängige Waren Bewertungsabschläge vorgenommen worden.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt.

Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Es wurden zum Zwecke der Periodenabgrenzung Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten im Jahresabschluss erfasst.

3. Passiva

Sämtliche Posten des Eigenkapitals sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Das Eigenkapital beträgt zum 31.12.2023 25.000,00 EUR.

Allen am Bilanzstichtag bestehenden Risiken - soweit sie bis zur Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erkennbar waren - ist durch die Bildung einer ausreichenden Rückstellung entgegengewirkt wurden. Rückstellungen, welche keine Verwendung fanden oder der Grund für ihre Bildung weggefallen ist, wurden über sonstige betriebliche Erträge aufgelöst.

Die ARGUS SECURITY & SERVICE GmbH beschäftigte am Bilanzstichtag 150 Personen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Über die Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses liegt folgender Vorschlag vor:
