Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma BARTELS Consulting GmbH, Coesfeld (Amtsgericht Coesfeld, HR11050) für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben und Erläuterungen in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen erfüllt die Gesellschaft die Voraussetzungen für eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Anlagevermögen

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und grundsätzlich entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Erworbene geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis zum Nettoanschaffungskosten von 800,00 Euro wurden gem. § 6 Abs. 2 Satz 1 EStG in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Das Wertaufholungsgebot gem. § 253 Abs. 5 HGB wurde beachtet.

Umlaufvermögen

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen erfolgte grundsätzlich in Höhe des Nennwertes. Drohende Ausfälle wurden durch ausreichende Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Die Bewertung der flüssigen Mittel erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen die periodengerechte Abgrenzung von anteiligen Aufwendungen, die auf den Zeitraum nach dem 31. Dezember 2023 entfallen.

Rückstellungen

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren dem Grunde und der Höhe nach ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten sowie für drohende Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften gebildet. Dabei sind alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurden alle eventuell anfallenden Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des erwarteten Aufwands berücksichtigt. Preissteigerungen und Zinseffekte wurden dahingehend berücksichtigt, als das die Bewertung mittel- und langfristiger unverzinslicher Rückstellungen zum Barwert der erwarteten Verpflichtungen erfolgt. Maßgebend waren die von der Bundesbank vorgegebenen Zinssätze.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im vorliegenden Jahresabschluss beibehalten.

Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der Anlagenwerte ist dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.

Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres

Die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres je Posten der Bilanz sind ebenfalls dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.
Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen sind nicht in Ansatz gebracht worden.

Forderungen

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern haben am 31. Dezember 2023 nicht bestanden.

Sonstige Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen ausschließlich ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Wesentliche Rückstellungen sind gebildet worden für Personalkosten (173.515,00 Euro), sowie für Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses (7.300,00 Euro) sowie die voraussichtlichen Kosten für die Berufsgenossenschaft (8.770,00 Euro).

Angaben zur Vermittlung eines besseren Einblicks in die Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage

Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage zutreffend wieder.

Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von 365.654,66 Euro wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
