Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2023

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes und der Satzung zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Wirtschaftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bei beweglichen Anlagegegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 800,00 (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Informationen zur Bilanz

Der Gesamtbetrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 72.822,06.

Der Gesamtbetrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt EUR 0,00.

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 70.604,66.

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt EUR 0,00.

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Grundpfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind beträgt EUR 0,00.

C. Sonstige Angaben

Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch folgende Geschäftsführer geführt:
