Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff., 264 bis 288 HGB erstellt. Die Gesellschaft ist nach § 267 Absatz 1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Die Vorschriften des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes vom 29.05.2009 wurden erstmalig angewendet. Eine Anpassung der Vorjahresbeträge war nicht erforderlich.
Die Gliederung der Bilanz folgt den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs.

In der Gliederung der Bilanz ergaben sich keine Veränderungen zum Vorjahr.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten entsprechend den erwarteten Ausgaben gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
