Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

für das Geschäftsjahr 2011/2012
der Firma MEMO-DATA GmbH, Hörstel-Dreierwalde

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma MEMO-DATA GmbH, Hörstel-Dreierwalde, wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 HGB, wobei für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung fand.

Alle Wertansätze des Vorjahres wurden unverändert übernommen. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Nach den § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften

Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten abzüglich der planmäßigen Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen nach der degressiven oder linearen Methode.

Für die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis 410,- Euro wurde die Bewertungsfreiheit gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in Anspruch genommen.

Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen wurden im Geschäftsjahr, wie auch im Vorjahr, nicht vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Einzelwertberichtigungen auf den Forderungsbestand betragen 0,00 Euro.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit Nennwerten bilanziert.

Unter den Steuerrückstellungen wurden die noch zu zahlenden Steuerabschlusszahlungen für das laufende Geschäftsjahr erfasst.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Für Risiken, insbesondere für drohende Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften, war keine Vorsorge zu treffen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Für die erteilte Versorgungszusage wurde von der Berichtsgesellschaft eine Rückdeckungsversicherung abgeschlossen.

Die Pensionsrückstellung ist für die erteilte Pensionszusage an den Geschäftsführer gebildet worden.

Die Bewertung erfolgte mit dem Teilwert, der nach versicherungsmathematischen Grundsätzen berechnet wurde.

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag in Höhe von 3.218,12 Euro.

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist der Kaufmann André Wroblewski.
