Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

ANHANG

zum Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01.Juli 2023 bis zum 30.Juni 2024

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Abschluss der Gesellschaft zum 30.Juni 2024 wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG erstellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Absatz 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen angesetzt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter, deren Anschaffungskosten im Einzelfall unter EUR 800 liegen, werden analog der steuerlichen Regelung des § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Nominalwerten, ggf. abzüglich angemessener Wertberichtigungen bewertet.

Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert bilanziert.

Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Zahlungen vor dem Stichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Stichtag darstellen, ausgewiesen.

Das Grundkapital ist mit dem Nennwert bilanziert.

Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Als passive Rechnungsabgrenzung werden Einnahmen vor dem Stichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Stichtag darstellen.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Zur Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens verweisen wir auf den beiliegenden Anlagespiegel.

Sämtliche Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.

Bei den sonstigen Rückstellungen handelt es sich um Rückstellungen für Jahresabschluss- und Steuererklärungskosten, für Gewährleistungen, für ausstehende Rechnungen sowie für die Berufsgenossenschaftsbeiträge.

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben alle Restlaufzeiten von bis zu einem Jahr.

Sonstige Angaben

Vorschüsse und Kredite

An die Mitglieder des Geschäftsführungsorgans sind keine Vorschüsse und Kredite gezahlt worden.

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 5.
