A. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS

Die GmbH weist zum Abschlußstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Gesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

B. ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Die Zugänge zum Sachanlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bilanziert. Das Anlagevermögen wurde entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Mögliche Ausfallrisiken bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden durch eine angemessene Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1 % auf die Nettoforderungen berücksichtigt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestanden Forderungen in Höhe von 163.564,81 € (Vorjahr: 307.740,24 €) und Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 20.548,00 € (Vorjahr: 41.339,46 €).
