für das Geschäftsjahr 2010

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde nach handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt.

Der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB zugrunde gelegt worden.

Im vorliegenden Jahresabschluss wurden erstmals die Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes angewendet. Die vorjahreszahlen wurden gemäß Art. 67 (8) S. 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten unter Verrechnung planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Die Vorräte, Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich.

Die Rückstellungen sind mit dem Betrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Anlagevermögen

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2010 wird im Anlagespiegel am Ende des Anhangs dargestellt.

Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden im Wesentlichen für die zu erwartenden Jahresabschlusskosten (EUR 1.750,00) und Kosten der Archivierung (EUR 1.980,00) gebildet.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EUR 7.316,05 wird mit dem Gewinnvortrag verrechnet und als neuer Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von EUR 37.611,44 auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

Geschäftsführung
Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 war, Herr Dr. Umberto Cammardella zum alleinvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer bestellt.
