Small companies up to €7.5 million total assets · €15 million revenue · 50 employees
Publish an abridged balance sheet without a profit and loss statement. Revenue and net income are then missing.
Medium-sized companies up to €25 million total assets · €50 million revenue · 250 employees
Publish the balance sheet and an abridged profit and loss statement.
Large companies (above that)
Publish the full annual statement including the management report.

Sole traders and partnerships with a natural person as fully liable partner (such as GbR, OHG or a classic KG) are not required to disclose at all. Figures then only exist if they were published voluntarily.

Other typical reasons:

The company has fallen below the size limits and has only deposited its statements since, instead of publishing them.
The company was dissolved, merged, liquidated or is insolvent. After that, statements are usually no longer published.
The filing was missed or is late. The Federal Office of Justice then imposes fines, but publication often still happens years later.

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

A. Anlagevermögen

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Bei der Bemessung der planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurde von der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen Nutzungsverhältnisse ausgegangen. Es wurde ausschließlich von der linearen Abschreibungsmethode Gebrauch gemacht. Vermögensgegenstände Einzelwert bis 410,00 € werden im Zugangsjahr nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG sofort in voller Höhe abgeschrieben und gleichzeitig im Anlagespiegel als Abgang behandelt.

B. Vorräte

Die Vorräte sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten aktiviert. Wertminderungen waren nicht zu berücksichtigen.

C. Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

II. Sonstige Angaben

1. Geschäftsführung

Im Betriebsjahr wurden die Geschäfte ausschließlich von Herrn Robert Müller geführt.

2. Sitz der Gesellschaft

Der Gesellschaftssitz der CHEMRA Analytics GmbH befand sich während dem Geschäftsjahr ausschließlich Im Erlich 10, 64291 Darmstadt; Amtsgericht Darmstadt - Registergericht -(HRB 90623).
