Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010/2011 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB.

Die in § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB bezeichneten Posten sind gesondert und in der vorgeschriebenen Reihenfolge aufgenommen worden.

Gemäß §§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 6, 265 Abs. 1, 284 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 HGB ist die Form der Darstellung des Jahresabschlusses und sind die Bewertungsmethoden in den einzelnen Jahren beizubehalten.

Abweichungen hiervon sind im Anhang anzugeben und zu begründen.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind durchweg nach den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet worden.

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert und planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenstände werden entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer linear und degressiv abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen werden für jedes einzelne Wirtschaftsgut gesondert berechnet.

In den Vorjahren wurde für Anlagegüter, deren Anschaffungskosten EUR 150,00, aber nicht EUR 1.000,- überschreiten, wird ein Sammelposten gebildet, der über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben wird. Im Berichtsjahr werden die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 410,00 im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
Die Bewertung des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte, unter Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips, zu Anschaffungskosten.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Nominalwerten angesetzt. Soweit Abwertungen bei den Forderungen erforderlich waren, wurden sie unmittelbar bei diesen vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

D. Sonstige Angaben

1. Zum alleinvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer ist zum Bilanzstichtag

Herr Sven Heine

bestellt.

2. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer bestehen zum Bilanz-stichtag in Höhe von EURO 2.488,11.

3. Im Geschäftsjahr 2010/2011 war neben den Geschäftsführer im Durchschnitt eine Aushilfe beschäftigt.
