Anhang

Angewandte Rechnungslegungsvorschriften

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2015 wurde nach den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches nach Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) aufgestellt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren (§275 Abs. 2 HGB) gewählt.
Aufbau und Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entsprechen dem Vorjahr.
Nach dem §267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft in 2015 eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Nennwerten angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken und sind nach vernünftigen kaufmännischen Grundsätzen ermittelt worden.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. Durch Grundpfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesicherte Verbindlichkeiten liegen nicht vor.
